GOED stands for the Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3s, a not-for-profit trade association committed to responsibly developing, sustaining and expanding markets for EPA & DHA omega-3s. AlwaysOmega3s.com is a GOED-owned website that helps translate the science of omega-3s into understandable language and actionable resources.

As a condition of membership in GOED, companies must sign a document committing to strict ethical and quality guidelines. Food and supplement product members may place a Proud Member logo on packaging, making it easier for shoppers to identify companies that have made such a commitment.
